As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance their cybersecurity capabilities, supporting robust operations for a global business environment.

Role Overview:
The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will play a critical role in fortifying the company’s security posture. You will focus on proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing endpoint detection, and driving improvements in threat response. Key responsibilities include leading efforts in vulnerability management, email security, and enhancing the firm’s enterprise detection and response platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in responding to cyber incidents, with an emphasis on understanding attack vectors and recovery processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve threat detection, response, and remediation capabilities.
  • Lead efforts around vulnerability management and email security (DLP) using Proofpoint/Mimecast.
  • Implement and manage zero trust architecture using Zscaler.
  • Maintain and optimize security measures using CrowdStrike and WIZ, with a focus on identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a track record of managing cyber incidents and improving organizational security.
  • Proficiency in CrowdStrike, including recognition for handling high-profile incidents effectively.
  • Experience as a platform engineer, particularly in deploying Zscaler and contributing to zero trust strategies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies to adapt to changing security needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn from evolving cyber threats, providing actionable insights to improve security protocols.
