Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Siemens NX to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components using Siemens NX software, contributing to the development of cutting-edge products across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, a solid understanding of CAD software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.

- Utilize Siemens NX software to design, model, and create detailed 3D mechanical assemblies and components.
- Perform mechanical analysis including stress, strain, thermal, and fluid flow simulations using Siemens NX and other related engineering tools.
- Develop technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and design reports in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Work closely with other engineering teams (e.g., electrical, software) to integrate designs and ensure seamless product development.
- Support product testing and validation activities, analyze results, and recommend design improvements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on product design and manufacturability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues as they arise during the product development process.
- Ensure designs meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and cost constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with a strong focus on Siemens NX.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD software (Modeling, Assemblies, Drafting, and Sheet Metal modules).
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis), CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), and other simulation tools within Siemens NX or similar software.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovate.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
