Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of network engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of integrating and managing multiple corporate networks
- In-depth expertise in networking protocols, technologies, and architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, MPLS, cloud)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices for banking infrastructure
- Expert knowledge of network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks)
- Experience leading network infrastructure projects from conception to implementation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
