Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on IT operations experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange administration
- Experience with network monitoring tools, security operations, and system administration
- IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, MSCE)
- Knowledge of Cisco networking, VMware virtualization, and Dell/EMC storage
- Familiarity with cloud environments and Iaas/ PaaS monitoring
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives (e.g., DevOps, Lena, Agile)
- 60% Hands-on network operations and system administration
- 30% Team leadership and project management
- 10% Cross-departmental collaboration and incident response
