My client is a well-known Boston biotech start-up, leading the industry for genomic profiling. They own an extensive database that tracks and measures patients genomic profiling related to their cancers.
They are looking for a Machine Learning Scientist with expertise in developing deep learning models for unstructured data sets. In this role you will be responsible for extracting genomic profiling insights from patient data, on large unstructured and structured datasets.
The ideal candidate will have a computational and/or biotech background with experience across machine learning and backend engineering, 2-3+ years of relevant experience, and a Masters Degree or PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the US now and in the future.
