As a Backend Python Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the backend services that power our innovative DEI outcome measurement platform. Your work will directly impact our clients by enabling them to measure, track, and improve their DEI initiatives. You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative team focused on making a tangible difference in the workplace by providing actionable insights and tools that drive positive change.
In this role, you will use your expertise in Python, REST APIs, and cloud technologies (especially AWS) to design and implement robust backend solutions. You will also be involved in optimizing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that our platform is scalable, reliable, and secure as we continue to grow. Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Python and experience with modern Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
