Our client, a leader in the Financial space, is seeking a skilled Network Manager to oversee a high-performing team of 5-7 network professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader with hands-on expertise in Cisco technologies, firewalls, and Unified Communications (CUCM/UC) to drive operational excellence and deliver secure, scalable network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5-7 network engineers and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Administer and optimize Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, and wireless systems.
  • Manage and configure firewalls to maintain robust security and compliance.
  • Ensure efficient operation and enhancement of Unified Communications (CUCM/UC) systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing escalation support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and enforce best practices, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Stay current with emerging network technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in network management, with a strong technical background in Cisco networking, firewalls, and Unified Communications (CUCM/UC).
  • Hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
  • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
