Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Extensive IaaS and Openshift /Container hands-on Operations experience in Public/On-Prem Cloud as well as Unix/Linux systems administration in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Expertise as an influencer in process, framework and incident resolution, leading cross-functional collaboration between IT teams, business units, and external partners to effectively change the IT landscape to meet demand.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
- Catalyst role in improving operations practices , migrating to new practices with cleanup & simplification.
- Defining process and improving adoption on best practices.
- Facilitating thoroughly on incident management calls to help Private cloud and public cloud operations teams.
- Technical contribution – Operational readiness review/assessment deliverables.
- Validation operations activities and fixing the deviations/exceptions.
