This is a medical technology company that specializes in heart support and recovery solutions for patients that have server heart conditions. It is a unique opportunity to work as a IT Program Manager for a company going through there large-scale Acquisition integration period. This is a 1-year contract, hybrid role where you would be in the office 3 days a week in Danvers MA.

They are seeking someone with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Program Manager in the IT project and portfolio management field. Also, this person must have gone through a successful project execution within the IT domain. An experience in managing a complex Acquisitions/Mergers and divestures is highly recommended for this role as well. Required Skills & Experience
  • 10 years of experience in Program Management.
  • Highly educated in IT project management, agile methodologies and portfolio management
  • Having degree in computer science, Information Tech, Business management, or a similar field.
  • Being able to be a leader motivate team to reach their goals.
  • Being able to communicate
  • Experience to manage ~$10MM budgets
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
  • Preferred multi-functional experience with Supply Chain, R&D, Infrastructure Technology Services, ISRM (information Security & Risk Management)
  • Supporting the IT functions
  • Strong skills to coordinate resources within IT

  • Overing seeing IT project portfolio lining up objectives optimizing resource allocations
  • Making sure there is seamless project coordination
  • Communication with the Stakeholders to updates and concerns
  • Building a strong relationship with Tech Product Managers and the Owners
  • Managing the budget of all the program effectively.
