An established medical device company that is a pioneer in cardiovascular care is looking to bring on an IT Integration Program Manager to join their team for 1 year (contract). You are expected to be onsite in the Danvers, MA office 3 times per week.
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Manager
- Strong understanding of IT project management
- Degree in Business Admin, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing large budgets
- Ability to be in the Danvers, MA office 3 days a week
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
What You Will Be Doing
- Inherit and lead an integration program from an Acquisitions and Divestitures team
- Create and implement plans that align with business goals, focusing on efficient management of IT projects.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful project delivery.
- Oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and efficient use of resources.
- Identify and address potential risks, keeping projects on track and within scope.
- Ensure projects are well-coordinated by managing interdependencies across the portfolio.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues. Build strong relationships with Technical Product Managers and Owners.
- Manage the program budget, ensuring projects are completed within financial limits.
