ISSO - Onsite in Springfield VA

They are looking to bring on an ISSO in Springfield, VA with a TS/SCI clearance. Preferably someone with 3+ years in the field with DevSecOps experience.

In this role you will be working with other information security professionals to work on their systems security. In this position, you will be able to further your skills in RMF and overall be able to grow your professional and technical skills. 

Required Skills & Experience

· Possess 3 years of expertise in supporting the secure operation of cloud computing systems

· Familiarity or hands-on experience in maintaining system documentation

Desired Skills & Experience

· Robust comprehension of cloud capabilities and secure cloud architectures

· Certification in Azure AZ-900, Cloud+, AWS Cloud Practitioner

· Knowledge or experience with tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk Enterprise, HBSS, Nessus, Azure Dev Ops, or equivalent

· Proficiency in maintaining system documentation using Markdown

· Familiarity or experience with DevSecOps pipelines for Security Operations

What You Will Be Doing


· Create, assess, and revise RMF artifacts

· Collaborate with O&M teams to ensure adherence to Security Controls and requirements

· Function as a Point of Contact (POC) for inquiries related to cyber security

· Provide guidance to System Owners on optimal cyber security practices
