They are seeking an experienced Senior Java Engineer to join their agile software development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that enhance customer experiences and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java development and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of database systems, both relational and non-relational (e.g. SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX design, to deliver robust solutions.
• Lead the development of enterprise-level software, ensuring code quality and system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in architectural design and code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs and systems to enhance application functionality.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for best practices.
