Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years in Flutter
- Proven portfolio of successfully released mobile apps available in app stores
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services using Flutter
Desired Skills & Experience
- Native mobile development experience in Swift/SwiftUI and/or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows
- Experience with AWS services (Amplify, Cognito, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
- Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics)
- Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL, as well as noSQL databases (Firestore, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborating with Product Owners, UX/Product Designers, and Backend Engineering teams to design and build solutions in Flutter
- Contributing to and driving sprint stories
- Developing APIs and streaming functionality with backend engineers
- Focusing on app security throughout the development process
- Writing unit and UI tests to ensure high-quality builds and releases

Daily Responsibilities
- 60% Hands-On Development
- 20% Team Collaboration (sprint planning, code reviews)
- 20% Management Duties (mentoring junior developers, project oversight)
