Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Integration:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design customized AV solutions.
- Integrate audio, video, lighting, and control systems to create cohesive and effective AV environments.

Technical Implementation:
- Install, configure, and test AV equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of AV systems to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with QA teams to address and resolve any identified issues.

Client Training and Support:
- Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of AV systems.
- Offer ongoing technical support to address client inquiries and issues.

Project Management:
- Lead and contribute to AV projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and technicians.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the AV industry.
- Make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies to enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
- years of proven experience as an AV Engineer.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing audiovisual systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in AV technology.
- Experience with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
