In this role, you will be the founding member of the internal tools product team, with a unique focus on scaling and refining internal operations to support hyper-growth. You’ll work closely with operations, finance, and customer success teams to provide the tools and systems they need to operate effectively at scale. Your strategic insights and experience in startup environments—especially those in hyper-growth phases—will be essential to help optimize and streamline processes, allowing the company to expand services without increasing operational overhead.
Requirements- 6+ years of experience in Product Management
- Must haves:
- Strong history of driving B2B products from early stages through high-growth phases, ideally in startup environments.
- Proven experience in scaling and refining internal operational processes
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex ideas and collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments, utilizing data, research, and a customer-centric approach to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced settings, inspiring teams to achieve shared goals in rapidly evolving circumstances.
- Experience at early-stage (Seed to Series B) startups with hands-on involvement in finding product-market fit and supporting aggressive growth targets.
- Identify and tackle challenges within internal operations, creating solutions that boost customer experience and drive productivity at scale.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from concept through launch—by defining specifications, conducting research, prototyping, and leading usability testing, ensuring products are delivered on time and to high standards.
- Strategically assess build-vs-buy options, making critical decisions to support operational scale and enhance efficiency, backed by thorough data and analysis.
- Develop and maintain a highly prioritized product roadmap that aligns with company growth, outlining key milestones and features across multiple teams and projects.
- Break down large objectives into actionable tasks, maximizing impact with minimal effort to support a hyper-growth trajectory.
- Balance research, testing, and rapid action to address immediate internal or customer pain points effectively.
- Define and monitor clear performance metrics to assess operational and customer impact, leveraging insights to continuously improve the product.
Salary & Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
