You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the stability and functionality of critical systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert support for critical systems, promptly addressing production issues, and investigating incidents to identify root causes.
• Managing and monitoring system alerts and tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Collaborating with the team on the design and implementation of an alerting platform to proactively detect and address issues.
• Demonstrating proficiency in ticket management tools like Jira or similar platforms.
• Preferred experience with AWS/Azure, as well as a strong understanding of financial industry practices.
• Providing support for technologies such as SQL, Docker, Terraform, S3, Python, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like LogicMonitor and version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.
• Collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicating clearly and concisely with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in monitoring and incident response.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in ticket management tools like Jira or equivalent.
• Preferred experience with AWS/Azure
• Familiarity with SQL, Docker, Terraform, S3, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring tools like LogicMonitor and version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Bonus if you have prior financial firm experience!
