Audio Visual Support Specialist // Law Firm

This global law firm is looking for an Audio-Visual Support Specialist to join their firm. The function of the Audio-Visual Support Specialist is to provide setup and operation of small to large-scale audiovisual system configurations in a fast-paced conferencing center environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This position reports to the AV Manager and works directly with hospitality and other client services.

Requirements and Skills:

• High School Diploma is required; Certifications, associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred
•  Law Experience is a must
• 3+ years of audiovisual experience desired
• Experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• General knowledge of computer hardware, software support and Windows operating system
• Extensive knowledge or Video Matrix systems, AV Switchers
