A company Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking a Radio Frequency Technician to install, maintain, and service advanced electronic and communications systems in both buildings and call centers. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and reliable products to our valued customers. This candidate must also know how to troubleshoot and repair radio equipment by diagnosing faults and replacing faulty components as necessary as well as be able to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to support installation and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with two-way radio systems and electronic equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of diagnosing and repairing radio systems.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and conduct routine inspections.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and managing project installations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a technical setting.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and certifications.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
