An award winning manufacturer and packager of cheese products is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join their team full-time in Hiram, OH.

The company's mission is to create high-quality cheese products for their customers while following strict safety and quality standards. As the Senior IT Project Manager, you will help achieve this mission by overseeing IT projects related to infrastructure, security, and business applications. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, addressing risks, managing changes, and keeping detailed project records. You'll also develop communication plans, work with IT leaders to set project management standards, and lead reviews after projects are completed. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification required
  • Minimum of 8 years as a Technical Project Manager
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
  • Proven experience managing projects with budgets of at least $1,000,000 from initiation to completion
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
  • Capability to lead, support, communicate, and guide team members effectively

  •  Background of integrating complex IT systems
  •  Familiarity with manufacturing systems
  •  Knowledge of IT infrastructure domains


What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of complex IT projects from start to finish, making sure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Handle multiple projects at the same time according to project management standards.
  • Work with different teams to identify stakeholders, define requirements, set goals, and allocate resources.
  • Create and keep project management plans to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop communication plans and keep all stakeholders informed at every level.
  • Collaborate with IT leaders to establish and implement project management standards.
  • Oversee project budgets.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other project managers within the organization.
  • Conduct reviews after projects are completed.
  • Ensure products meet high-quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
