Our client, a fortune 500 transportation company, is looking for a Product Engineer to join their team and help do end to end software automations for their Nginx and DNS. You will be leveraging the automation already in place and taking it to the next level. Ideally coming with experience utilizing FastAPIs and Python to automate various features. You will also help stitch a brand-new front end into their existing software. The ideal candidate is skilled with Python, FastAPI, React, GitHub Actions, Infoblox, DNS, DHCP, IP, DNS Traffic Control, Zscaler ZIA and API frameworks, F5/Nginx LTM, and pipeline automation of external DNS/GTM/LTM This is a six month contract to hire position, located by the Dallas-Fort Worth airport. They need someone willing to go onsite 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs). Paying $60-65 an hour. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with end-to-end pipeline automation, ideally utilizing Python and FastAPI.
- Proficiency with React and an understanding of the routing, contexts, and components affiliated.
- Strong experience and knowledge of DNS, DNS Traffic Control, DHCP, and IPs.
- Load balancing experience with F5/Nginx.
- Experience automating software features using GitHub.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related certifications nice to have.
- Experience working with Zscaler is nice to have.
- $55-65/hr
