Infrastructure Engineer

This prominent real estate firm specializes in apartment management and investment, managing a $10 billion portfolio that includes over 45,000 apartment units. While much of its operations are concentrated in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the firm also oversees residential properties in various states, showcasing its broad reach and industry expertise.

The company is currently focused on developing its infrastructure and is seeking a versatile candidate with a broad skill set in systems, networking, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include managing IAM components (Windows, Okta, and Entra), network administration (Cisco Meraki), and supporting efforts to enhance compliance with security standards. With a smaller team, this role requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills for success.

This is a full-time, hybrid/onsite role in Dallas, TX. The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in an infrastructure role.
• Strong expertise in Windows and Cisco systems.
• Proven knowledge of Entra, SharePoint, Okta, and/or Meraki.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
