As a key player in healthcare innovation, the company is looking for a skilled Senior .NET Developer to drive the evolution of its advanced technology offerings.
Role OverviewIn this senior development role, you will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of core products. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll bring technical expertise and leadership to ensure our applications exceed the needs and expectations of healthcare clients.
Required Skills and Experience- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4+ years of .NET development, with deep knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with .NET 6+, along with front-end JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and extensive familiarity with deploying and managing applications on Azure.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.

Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications, with an emphasis on scalability, security, and reliability.

Lead the implementation of front-end features and ensure smooth integration with back-end functionalities.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on Azure for performance and cost efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain best practices within the team.

- Work Model: Hybrid schedule—3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
- Base Salary: $115-130K
- Bonus: 10%
