This role emphasizes data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to manage information accurately.
YOUR ROLE
- Send general agent documentation to carriers (e.g., Address Changes, AML, E&O, EFT, and State Licenses).
- Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with carriers, recording updates in ARC for tracking.
- Upload updated documents to Agent SureLC for accessible record-keeping.
- Support financial professionals or Sales to meet missing requirements.
- Maintain Carrier Information on Contracting Universal One Note.
- Collaborate with carrier partners to gather and update carrier requirements quarterly or as changes occur.
- Help compile general reporting from Contracting Universal One Note.
