One of the nation’s top community owned healthcare providers is currently hiring a Medical Systems Configuration Lead to for the Configuration Management team. This Medical Systems Configuration Lead will receive training on MHK and HEALTHsuite healthcare platforms which the team is responsible for. The team lead will work with key stakeholders to create a multi-year planning road map and then work with the Configuration Management Team to implement these changes on time while following best practices.
The Configuration Management team is responsible for implementing new configurations, modifying existing configurations, performing upgrades, and writing documentation. Configurations might include creating new configurations for letters, assessments, notes, or validations.
Primarily remote job, but not 100% remote. This position requires going into the South San Francisco office approximately once a week. Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of in a Team Lead or Management position.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience configuring Health Care Applications and knowledge of best practices. (Artera, healthTrio, FitBliss, MHK, MedHok, HEALTHsuite, etc)
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Healthcare claims and eligibility systems such as MedHOK and HEALTHsuite
  • Coding and payment rules for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Title.
  • Process improvement techniques.
