Senior Electrical Engineer - Medical Device

A medical device company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in the Greater Boston area. This full-time hybrid role focuses on designing, testing, and improving the electrical systems of cutting-edge medical devices that enhance patient care and save lives. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of advanced healthcare solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing and testing electronic systems, preferably for medical devices.
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD).
  • Experience with analog and digital circuit design.
  • Familiarity with medical device standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in embedded system design and integration.
  • Knowledge of signal processing and sensor integration.
  • Familiarity with low-power design and wireless communication technologies (e.g., BLE, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, including using oscilloscopes and other test equipment.
