Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team to help foster student growth by offering useful tools to educators through their cloud-based platform. This is a contract to hire, hybrid position in Billerica Massachusetts with a pay rate of $45 - $55 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in writing complex SQL queries. Proficiency in Java and JavaScript are preferred, but candidates with experience in Python are also welcome. This role requires a solid understanding of full stack testing, including UI, API, and database testing.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Automation and Manual testing experience
  • Experience with UI, API, and database testing
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries
  • Experience with Selenium or Playwright
  • Coding skills in one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in testing software development
  • Experience with RestAssured and/or Postman
