An equipment dealer in Georgia is seeking a sales system analyst to join their team. They specialize in providing top-notch sales, parts, and service, and we are dedicated to enhancing our customer-facing investment platform.
As a sales system analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing application support for our sales teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our commission systems. Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on support, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with IT to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales systems analyst or similar support role.
- Strong understanding of sales commission structures and applications.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on user training and support.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solutions-based mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Ability to commute to their Atlanta office.
