Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of experience as an Applications Developer, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of C# and SQL Server
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Angular
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Project management experience is a plus
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot application issues
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to team knowledge sharing
