Senior Cyber Security Engineer / Atlanta, GA / Hybrid

A large company based out of Atlanta, GA is looking for their next IT hire. Specifically, they sell medical devices to people that battle illnesses. They are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer who can work a hybrid schedule as needed fulltime.

You will be working within the Azure Cloud environment and utilizing IAM and network security. Day to day basis you will be very hands on with medical devices and, security operations, and vulnerability management. Required Skills & Experience

• Previous hands-on experience with IAM, Network Security, and Network Operations
• 6+ years of experience working within a cybersecurity role in healthcare
• Understanding healthcare standards such as HIPAA, NIST, and ISO
• Comfortability working in Azure and Windows environments
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Desire Skills & Experience

• Ability to commute to the Atlanta office as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of firewalls and EDR tools
• Disaster recovery plans and managing security incidents
• Past experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
