Mid Level Backend Developer / Java / Healthcare

Looking to expand your professional development? This Atlanta based start-up is looking to bring on a mid-level java developer who is eager to learn. You will be surrounded by a team of junior to principal level engineers. You will be making an impact on the telehealth industry by driving innovation forward and use your skills to improve current practices. 

This role is full time, and hybrid. The office is located in Dunwoody, and you will be onsite 3 out of 5 days of the week. In this role you will be on the innovation and analytics team, always finding new ways to improve the function of different internal and external applications. 

Required Skills and Experience 

• Strong experience in Java development.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with frontend frameworks. (React, Vue)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in the Healthcare/ Telehealth industry.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
