Mid-Level Software Developer

A fast-paced tech startup based in College Park, MD is looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer to join their team! This company has been innovating in the wearable security technology space.

As a Software Developer, you will work heavily with C#, .NET, Typescript, Github, Azure, and SQL.

If you are looking to further progress your design and development skills and have a passion for the innovation, then this is the job for you! Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years Experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience in C#, and ASP.NET (or .NET Core, .NET Framework).
• Experience in Angular 2 or higher (or other Frontend experience).
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Azure or AWS.
• Eager to learn and advance.
• Great Communication skills (especially when working on a team).
• Experience with EAGLE 6.6.
• Experience with GCC/Keil uVision.

Technical Breakdown

• 80% Backend Development
• 20% Frontend Development

Daily responsibilities

• Maintain, architect, and develop software applications, including prototype, user interface, database modeling, business logic using frontend and backend technologies on a team of 5.
• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot software in multiple environments and recommend improvements.
• Write scalable, reusable, and extensible code based on standards and best practice.
• Establish performance improvement strategies, solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities and search engine optimization process for multiple websites.
• Lead hardware & software product development
• Task off-site developers.
• Collaborate with management to enhance existing products and propose new features.
• Maintain the software production procedures (version control, software releases, devops)
• Responding to high-level customer inquiries.
