Cyber Security Engineer

One of our clients in the human resources non-profit space is seeking to expand their engineering team! Based in Alexandria and primarily serving clients in the DoD space, the organization is seeking a junior to mid-level Cyber Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Details:

• 5 days onsite in Alexandria, VA
• Full time
• Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance/26 days PTO/12 weeks paid parental leave/and more!
• Salary range: $75,000-$135,000
• MUST be able to obtain a DOD secret clearance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Eligibility to obtain a DOD secret clearance
• CCSP, CISSP, or Security+ certification
• Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working with OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, SonarQube, or Fortify
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and security reviews
