Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has featured Motion Recruitment’s Nick Campo, VP of Enterprise Business Development, on their prestigious 40 Under 40 List. Campo has been recognized as one of the industry’s movers and shakers to keep an eye on by the SIA, a global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, in the 2022 edition of the list, which highlights emerging trailblazers in the industry who have helped shape a new world of work while leading the charge to evolve and address the challenges and opportunities of this fast-paced market.

With deep experience in the industry, Campo has worked multiple roles inside Motion and looks for ways to perpetually innovate inside the recruiting space and the company, including leading the growth of Motion’s Business Development (BD) team. This team brought in a record 54 new clients in 2021 and helps drive almost three-quarters of Motion’s temporary hiring revenue: contract revenue that has seen a 1400% increase since Campo joined the company in 2015.
